Rules for the classified ads section!!
1. This ad market allows community members to interchange cars and parts without any commercial background. Commercial activities (advertising, sales promotion) are not allowed!
2 Only members of Club Seventyfive a.s.b.l. are allowed to advertise any items on this website!
Non-members, who want to place an advertisement, must seek the support of a member of the board, who decides whether the advertisement will be published or not.
3. Allowed are only ads that are bearing a relation to our club and our website.
4. For offers published here, the seller is solely responsible, in particular for the description of the article, the transaction of the business and the condition of the sold items.
5. There are no claims for damages from this classified ad market to the Club Seventyfive as operator of the website.
6. The Board of Club Seventyfive reserves the right to delete non-compliant advertisements without comment.
7. Each offer must have a fixed price. Offers without price will be deleted.
For sales of 500 € or more, a contribution of 1% of the retail price will be charged to the Club Fund.
8. Answers to requests / offers basically only by PM!
9. No links and notices to commercial sales platforms (e.g., eBay, Mobile.de, etc.) are permitted in an ad.
These rules can be extended and modified at any time or we can close the classified ad section without any further notice if need is.
